TALES of the Unexpected
TALES of the Unexpected details the trustees’ most recent visit to Kabwe in May/June 2024. Our Chair Barry Gransden and his wife Becky spent almost 4 weeks visiting Family Future Community School and Family Pillar skills centre. With grateful thanks to Isaac back in the UK, here is a great short video illustrating some of the various activities from learning methods to school lunches, from teacher CPD to opening the McDermott Building.
Trustees Challenge: Tackling the Ridgeway part 2
On Saturday 11th May 2024, the FPZ Trustees continued the challenge of walking/running and cycling the remaining 50 miles of the Ridgeway National Trail in one day! Pater ran/walked and Anneli cycled the entire distance, joined by various Trustees and supporters along the way. This challenge has also raised more than £2000 so far.









Trustees Challenge: Dawn to Dusk walk
On Saturday 15th October 2022, the FPZ Trustees took on the challenge of walking/running for 12 hours along The Ridgeway National Trail! The team totalled 40.1 miles over the 12 hours with Peter McAughey walkin/running the whole thing, joined by various Trustees and supporters along the way. The challenge has raised over £2000 so far.
